Overview
In this presentation I went through the topics of wearable technology and AI with university students enrolled in the Nanotechnologies and Nanoelectronics course (IST) at INESC-MN. Together, we explored the potential applications of integrating AI with wearable sensors for biosignal acquisition. Intriguing questions were posed, namely how AI could enable emotionally-adjusted feedback in our smart devices, based on physiological signals. Additionally, I showcased the prototypes I'm developing for health monitoring and affective computing. The presentation highlighted the diverse applications of wearables in areas like affective computing, mental health monitoring, and sports recovery.
